1. Purpose

These Terms of Service (the "ToS") are intended to define the conditions for accessing and using the Laundry Collect platform, accessible via a website and/or a mobile application.

Laundry Collect provides a platform allowing users to create an account, book a service, track an order, communicate with customer support, and access the features offered.

3. Definitions

For the purposes of these ToS:

"Platform" refers to the website, the mobile application, and all digital services operated under the Laundry Collect brand.
"User" refers to any person accessing the platform.
"Account" refers to the personal space created by the user.
"Customer" refers to any user using a service offered through the platform.
"Partner" refers to any third-party provider involved, where applicable, in the performance of a service accessible through the platform.

4. Acceptance of the ToS

Accessing and using the platform implies full and complete acceptance of these ToS.

The user acknowledges having read the ToS before any use of the platform or creation of an account.

Laundry Collect reserves the right to amend these ToS at any time. The applicable version is the one in force at the date of browsing or using the platform.

5. Access to the platform

The platform is accessible, in principle, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, except for interruptions due to maintenance, updates, technical incidents, or events of force majeure.

Laundry Collect does not guarantee the absence of errors, bugs, or temporary unavailability.

The user acknowledges having the technical means necessary to access the internet and use the platform.

6. Account creation

Certain features require the creation of an account.

The user undertakes to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. The user also undertakes to update this information in the event of any change.

The user is solely responsible for the confidentiality of their login credentials and for any activity carried out from their account.

Any fraudulent use, creation of a fake account, identity theft, or unauthorized sharing of access may result in the suspension or deletion of the account.

7. Use of the platform

The user undertakes to use the platform fairly, in accordance with its intended purpose, and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

In this respect, the user is notably prohibited from:

Disrupting or attempting to disrupt the operation of the platform;
Fraudulently accessing Laundry Collect's computer systems;
Using the platform for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes;
Publishing, transmitting, or distributing any abusive, unlawful, misleading, or defamatory content, or content that infringes the rights of third parties;
Circumventing the features, pricing rules, booking mechanisms, or payment mechanisms offered by Laundry Collect.

8. Security

The user undertakes not to compromise the security of the platform, in particular by introducing viruses, malicious scripts, automated extraction tools, or any technology likely to harm the proper functioning of the service.

Laundry Collect reserves the right to take any appropriate measure to preserve the integrity, security, and stability of its systems.

9. Availability and evolution of the service

Laundry Collect may, at any time, modify, suspend, limit, or change all or part of the platform, its features, or its interface, without this giving rise to any right to compensation.

Maintenance or update phases may temporarily render certain features unavailable.

10. Intellectual property

All elements making up the platform, in particular the texts, trademarks, logos, visuals, graphic elements, interfaces, photographs, databases, and software, are protected by applicable intellectual property rights.

Any unauthorized reproduction, extraction, adaptation, representation, distribution, or exploitation, in whole or in part, is prohibited.

11. Personal data

Laundry Collect processes personal data as part of operating the platform and managing its relationship with users.

The methods of collection, use, retention, and exercise of the rights of data subjects are described in the Laundry Collect Privacy Policy.

12. Liability

Laundry Collect implements reasonable means to ensure the proper functioning of the platform.

Laundry Collect cannot be held liable for damages resulting from:

Improper use of the platform by the user;
Faulty equipment or internet connection;
A temporary interruption of the service;
An event of force majeure;
An act attributable to a third party.

The user remains solely responsible for their use of the platform and for the information they enter on it.

13. Suspension or deletion of the account

Laundry Collect reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or delete any user account in the event of:

Non-compliance with these ToS;
Fraud or attempted fraud;
A security incident;
Abusive behavior toward customer support, partners, or any third party;
Non-payment or abnormal use of the service.

14. Force majeure

Laundry Collect cannot be held liable for any delay, unavailability, or non-performance resulting from an event reasonably beyond its control.

15. Partial invalidity

If any of the provisions of these ToS is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the other provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

16. Governing law and disputes

These ToS are governed by French law.

In the event of a dispute, the user is invited to contact Laundry Collect first in order to seek an amicable solution.

Failing an amicable agreement, the dispute shall be brought before the competent courts in accordance with the applicable rules.
