We collect only the data necessary to provide our services:

Identity: Last name, first name
Contact: Email address, telephone number
Delivery: Full postal address (floor, access code, specific instructions)
Orders: History of services, types of items entrusted, washing/ironing preferences
Payment: Bank card information is processed securely by our provider (e.g. Stancer). LAUNDRY COLLECT does not store your full banking details
Technical data: IP address, browsing cookies

Transport/delivery providers
Laundry/dry-cleaning partners
Technical providers: Plausible (anonymised audience measurement of the site), Google Ads (advertising conversion measurement when you accept the corresponding cookies), Google (maps / tiles when third-party content is displayed), Odoo (management/CRM/invoicing), Stancer (secure payment)

LAUNDRY COLLECT does not sell or rent your personal data.

5. Mandatory or optional nature of the data

Certain data is necessary for creating the account, placing orders, performing the services, processing payment or maintaining the customer relationship.

When such data is not provided, LAUNDRY COLLECT may be unable to provide all or part of the service.

6. Retention period

Active customer data: for the entire duration of the commercial relationship
Archiving for evidence/prospecting purposes: 3 years after the end of the relationship
Invoicing data: 10 years (legal obligation)
Cookies: 13 months maximum

7. Data transfers outside the European Union

Some of our providers (in particular Google Ads or other Google services enabled on the site) may involve transfers of data outside the European Union, in particular to the United States.

Essential cookies: necessary for the operation of the site (security, basket / checkout flow, language preferences).
Analytics cookies (Plausible): audience measurement designed to limit personal data; subject to your consent when the cookie banner is enabled and these cookies are classified as "optional" or "analytics" depending on the configuration.
Advertising / conversion measurement cookies (Google Ads): loaded only when you accept the corresponding cookies (e.g. the "optional" / marketing category of the Odoo banner). They make it possible to assess the effectiveness of campaigns without displaying any order identifiers or email address on the confirmation page in the public script.

Audience measurement data (Plausible) is limited to what is needed to improve the user experience.
