How same-day laundry delivery works in Paris
No time to spend your evening at a laundromat — especially not in Paris. LaundryCollect handles everything: we collect your laundry during your selected pickup slot, wash and fold it during the day, and deliver it back the same evening during 18:00–20:00 / 20:00–22:00. Here is exactly how it works.

1. Book online in 2 minutes
Choose your pickup slot directly on the website, no app needed. Order until midnight (11:59pm) for collection on the next available service day. Your card is securely registered at booking but nothing is charged upfront: payment only happens after your laundry is processed, based on its real weight.
2. We collect your laundry during your selected pickup slot
Our courier picks up your laundry bag at your home, hotel, or front desk. Not around? Leave it with a neighbor or at reception. From pickup onward, your order is tracked step by step.
3. First weighing, professional wash & fold
Your laundry is weighed at our facility — that weight is what counts, not an estimate. It is then washed and folded with care. This is a per-kilo wash-and-fold service: we don't take wool, silk, or delicate fabrics, and we don't offer dry cleaning or individual pressing.
4. Second weighing, real-weight billing
Once clean and dry, your laundry is weighed again. You pay €8 per kilo, only for what was washed, with a €48 minimum order (the equivalent of 6 kg). All prices include VAT. No hidden fees.
5. Same-evening delivery, 18:00–20:00 / 20:00–22:00
Your laundry comes back folded and ready to put away, the same evening — within your selected delivery slot. Track the delivery in real time. If no one is available, drop-off at reception or with a neighbor works; a redelivery may incur a €15 fee.
