Order until 11:59pm the night before, pickup during your selected pickup slot, back during 18:00–20:00 / 20:00–22:00: laundry never blocks a next-day check-in again. Every order is tracked in real time, from pickup to delivery.

The courier can collect from and drop off with your concierge, your cleaning company or a neighbor: you don't need to be on site.
A predictable cost per turnover
€8/kg (incl. VAT) on the real weight, €48 minimum. Thanks to the double weighing, every turnover is billed to the gram — no estimate, no surprise. After your first orders, you'll know the exact cost of a typical turnover for each of your listings.
