One contract, scheduled pickups
The standard service is capped at 25 kg per order; for larger volumes or a regular need, we set up a dedicated contract: custom pricing and scheduled recurring pickups, at the frequency that fits your operation. Morning collection, same-evening return between 6 and 9pm, Monday to Friday, across Paris arrondissements 1–16. You keep a single point of contact from the first pickup to the last return, and every order stays tracked in real time.
What we handle (and what we don't)
Our business is per-kilo wash-and-fold: towels, sheets, household linen and everyday textiles. Everything is processed at a professional facility by a dedicated team — never in someone's home. We don't offer dry cleaning, delicate items (wool, silk) or per-item pressing — honesty that qualifies the right needs upfront and spares you bad surprises.

Billing on the real weight, confirmed by a double weighing (on arrival at the facility, then once the laundry is clean and dry), on contract terms set out in a quote. No estimate, no hidden fee: you pay for what was washed, with consolidated invoicing rather than settling each order separately.
