The standard service is capped at 25 kg per order — plenty for a small property day to day. Beyond that, or for a regular rhythm, we set up a dedicated contract: custom pricing, scheduled recurring pickups at a frequency defined together, and terms set out in a quote. You keep a single point of contact and clear billing, with no need to re-order each time.

A full wash, dry and fold billed on the real weight — not per-item pressing. For standard accommodation linen, it is markedly cheaper than a traditional dry cleaner. Billing rests on a double weighing (on arrival, then once the laundry is clean and dry): you pay exactly the weight processed, never an estimate. We offer neither dry cleaning nor delicate-fabric treatment (wool, silk) — honesty that spares you bad surprises.

Every pickup is tracked end to end: the order status and the evening delivery window stay visible, from collection to return. Your front desk knows where the linen is without calling us, and can turn rooms over accordingly.
