We securely register your card at booking — no payment is taken upfront. Your bank may briefly show a small temporary authorization (around €1) to verify the card; it is not a charge and is released automatically. The final amount is only charged after your laundry is processed, based on the actual weight of your clean and dry clothes.
Book by 11:59 PM (Paris time) on the day before your selected collection date. Available service days and slots are shown in the booking calendar. For later requests, contact us to check availability.
Same-day return is available subject to capacity. Your confirmed collection and delivery slots apply; we will contact you if an operational disruption causes a delay.
No. Our standard service is a high-volume wash-and-fold process. Items made of pure wool, silk, or other delicate fabrics are not suitable and should not be included.
Our minimum order is 6 kg, which corresponds to a flat fee of 48€. If your laundry weighs less, the minimum fee still applies.
You can leave your laundry at reception or with a neighbor. If a redelivery is required because no one was available, a 15€ fee may apply.

No, we specialize exclusively in high-quality wash-and-fold services (laundry by the kilo). We do not provide dry cleaning or individual item pressing at this time.
