With Pro Established, the minimum billed weight is 15 kg, or €60 excluding VAT per order. For example, 10 kg costs €60 and 20 kg costs €80 excluding VAT, before selected extras.
Yes, along with washing, drying and folding. Addresses and slots are subject to our service areas and availability.
Delivered orders are grouped on a monthly invoice, paid by SEPA direct debit through Qonto. The amount and date are communicated before collection.
Booking becomes available after your company and signed SEPA mandate have been approved. Your Pro account shows your progress.
